Event playbook

Festival live printing rental built for the crowd.

Festivals punish under-built activations. A staffed, high-throughput rig keeps the line moving when hundreds of guests want a printed shirt at once.

At a festival, a bare rented press is a liability: one jam and your line backs up into the walkway. That’s why our festival rentals run staffed and, often, doubled up — a DTF shirt press next to a hat bar, each with its own operator. The result is a station that absorbs volume instead of choking on it, printing full-color designs onto Bella+Canvas tees and Richardson 112 caps late into the night.

We plan the throughput before we arrive: number of designs, garment sizes stocked, and how the pickup flow keeps guests from clumping at the table. Power and space at outdoor sites get sorted in advance so setup doesn’t eat your load-in window.

Why staffed wins at scale

  • Two operators can nearly double effective line speed
  • Backup heaters and spare transfers mean a hiccup never stops the show
  • Pre-staged blanks and a clear menu keep the queue predictable
  • Late-night runs are routine — the crew is built for it

Good to know

Festivals rental questions.

How many shirts can you print in a night?

It depends on design complexity and staffing, but a doubled-up DTF setup with two operators moves a serious volume across an evening. Tell us your expected guest count and we'll size the staffing and blank order to match.

Can you handle an outdoor site with limited power?

Yes - we confirm power and space needs before the date and bring the right gear. If the site is tight, we'll plan the footprint so setup and the pickup line still flow.

What if the design changes day-of?

Minor tweaks are usually manageable on site. Send final art ahead of time when you can so we can test-press and lock color before the gates open.
