Staffed, not DIYPress + crew + blanksBooks in one call

Live printing rental that shows up ready to run.

Searching to rent a live printing machine? Here's the honest version: our rig arrives as a complete station with a trained operator, so you never touch a hot press or troubleshoot a jam mid-event.

Merch Troop hauls the equipment, staffs the operator, sources the blanks, and preps the art. You approve the design and greet your guests.

“Rental” here means staffed — and that’s a feature.

Most people who search for a live printing machine rental picture wheeling a press into a ballroom and running it themselves. A commercial heat press hits 380°F, needs the right transfer for each garment, and jams if the pressure or dwell time is off. Dropping that on a volunteer at 6pm is how you end up with scorched shirts and a line that stalls. So we rent the whole capability, operator included.

Option A — skip it

Bare equipment rental

You haul it, plug it in, guess at temperatures, and hope nobody burns a hand. No color matching, no backup if a heater fails. We don’t offer this, and honestly you don’t want it at a live event.

Option B — what we do

Staffed live-print rig

The press, the operator, the blanks, and the prepped artwork arrive as one unit. Guests pick, we press, they walk away wearing it. Predictable line speed, zero equipment risk on your side.

The math

Cheaper than it looks

Once you add a rented press, transfers, blanks, an experienced operator, and a fallback plan, a staffed rig usually costs less than assembling the pieces — and it never no-shows.

On the truck

What rolls into your venue.

Pick the station that matches your crowd. Every rig ships with its operator, consumables, and a rehearsed setup so doors open on time.

DTF Heat-Press Station

Our core rental. Full-color transfers pressed live onto shirts, hoodies, and totes — vivid, washable, and ready in about the time it takes to grab a drink. The workhorse for most activations.

Hat Bar & Patch Rig

Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps with pressed patches, names, or sponsor marks. A tactile station guests line up for, run by a staffer who keeps the queue moving.

Screen-Print Setup

For long single-color runs where you want that classic hand-printed feel. Best when the design is locked and volume is high; we’ll tell you if DTF is the smarter rent.

Embroidery & UV DTF

Stitched logos on staff apparel, or peel-and-press UV DTF graphics on tumblers and hard goods for premium giveaways. Round out a station with a finishing touch.

Quick answers

Live printing rental, straight answers.

Can I just rent the machine and run it myself?

We don’t rent bare equipment for live events. A commercial press needs the right heat, dwell, and transfer for each garment, and a jam mid-event stops your line cold. Every Merch Troop rental comes with a trained operator, so the result is reliable and nobody on your team gets burned.

What does a rental actually include?

The station and its power gear, the operator who runs it, the blanks (shirts, caps, or totes), your prepped and color-matched artwork, and setup plus teardown. You approve the design; we handle everything on the equipment side.

How far ahead should I book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable for local dates; popular seasons and travel dates book faster. Rush timelines are sometimes possible — call and we’ll tell you honestly what’s open.
